ALP Got a NEW update 099/F3

- Changed : All Checkbox changed to On/Off button
- Changed : The ScreenShot file numbering starts from zero
- Changed : The IMEI, and the Root page moved to etc... page
- Added : ALP give a question when the user don't switched the mount button in FileManager and the user wants to make an operation on the phone whitout switched mount button.
- Added : Many icons to main manu
- Added : Open CMD options to main menu. This is simmilar than minimal fastboot-adb
- Removed : When started the Language installer, the ALP gave a question for the name of phone, this question removed.
